2 Why it matters

Fast is easy. Sounding like you is the skill.

Most people get a first draft in seconds, then spend an hour making it sound human. We show you how to get both.

  • ✔ Write briefs that give the tool your audience, tone and facts
  • ✔ Spot the phrases that make a draft sound generic, and replace them
  • ✔ Check every claim before it leaves your desk

4 What you'll leave with

Four things you can use on Monday.

1

A prompt library

Ten tested templates for emails, posts, reports and product copy, each with a worked example.

2

A brief template

A one-page form that gives any AI tool your audience, tone and facts before it writes a word.

3

An edit checklist

Eight checks for voice, facts and structure, so nothing goes out without a human read.

5 How we teach

Learn by doing, not by watching.

1

Show

Your trainer runs the same task twice: once with a vague prompt, once with a proper brief. You see both outputs and why the second one reads better.

2

Try

Pairs take a real task from their own week, such as a client email, a product description or a team update, and work through it with the method.

3

Check

Each pair reviews the other's draft against the edit checklist. The trainer then gives feedback on tone, facts and structure, and you leave with a finished piece.
