Senior Product Designer · UX research
Personal statement
Senior product designer with seven years across fintech and digital health, specialising in complex, regulated flows. I turn messy research into designs people finish, and I work closely with engineers from first sketch to release. My work has lifted onboarding completion by 29 percentage points and cut booking errors by 35%. I am now looking for a lead design role where I can shape how a product team does research, design and accessibility together.
